Well the way I look at it is like this, It is not going to kill you, and therefore you need to find the best ways of dealing with the condition.
Having had this for years, I found that the way you approach it in your own mind has an enormous affect on your everyday quality of life. Now I know it can be easy to say when you may be experiencing extreme discomfort and wondering why me.
I know it is not easy but knowing that there are so many others that suffer and as the saying goes 'there is always someone a lot worse off than you' will help you come to terms with it.
